Brush your teeth thoroughly so that nothing comes between the tooth surface and the whitening gel.
Peel the whitening strips one at a time and apply them to each of your rows of teeth.
Treat for 10-30 minutes.
When the treatment is complete, rinse your mouth and brush your teeth thoroughly to remove any remaining whitening gel.
